Founded in 2005, Class has grown with a strong diverse representation and over 200+ people across the world. We’re continuing to learn, grow and innovate with our offices in Sydney (HQ), Gold Coast and Ukraine.

Matthew Quinn

Chairman

Matthew is non-executive Chairman of Class. He joined the Class board in July 2015.

Andrew Russell

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Andrew joined Class as CEO & MD in May 2019. He is an experienced senior executive with expertise in developing corporate strategy, sales leadership and market entry.

Alexis Rouch

Chief Technology Officer

Alexis joined Class in March 2020 as Chief Technology Officer with many years of experience leading transformational change in technology and financial services, both locally and internationally.

Panos is responsible for the day-to-day management of core business operations, service delivery and support.

Jacqui heads up the People and Culture team with Class leaders to execute our People and Culture strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent.

Chief Customer Officer

Jason leads the Customer function including Product, Sales, Analytics and Marketing. He brings to Class a proven track record in leading digital and start-up businesses in the financial services industry.
