New property enhancements in Class

February 20, 2025

Managing property data efficiently is critical for professionals working with SMSFs, trusts, and investment portfolios. Class has expanded its property capabilities with new functionality, further advancing our goal of delivering a seamless, all-in-one property solution.

Automated valuation models (AVMs) now with PropTrack

Class has enhanced its automated property valuation capabilities by integrating PropTrack as an additional valuation provider alongside RP Data (CoreLogic). This means professionals can now access:

  • More valuation options with PropTrack & RP Data for residential properties
  • Retrospective valuation estimates – Obtain a June 30th valuation, even if requested later in the year
  • Three free valuations per entity per year, usable across either provider

This provides greater flexibility when assessing property values, supporting compliance, investment decisions, and portfolio management.

New property title search and title certificate integration

Class has introduced a nationwide title search integration, making it easier than ever to verify property ownership with seamless access to title certificates. Key benefits include:

  • Instant retrieval of property title searches via Class
  • Completed title certificates automatically saved in the Class Document Management System (DMS)
  • Discounted pricing, with billing conveniently included in the following month’s Class invoice

This integration removes the need for manual title information sourcing, improving workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

What’s next?

  • Coming soon: Address search functionality to look up the title reference when unknown – simplifying the search process even further.
  • New integrated commercial property valuations, enhancing automation and expanding Class’s property ecosystem.
