New Billing Platform Customer Portal – The Billing Hub

From 22 January 2025, you’ll be able to access our new Class online portal (Billing Hub) to provide you with 24/7 access to your account information and streamline account management. 

Previously, account details such as invoices, charges, and payment history required emailing us to receive or update your information. With the new Billing Hub, all this will be easily accessible online.  

Key features of the portal include: 

  • View Subscription Invoices and account statements: Check your charges and payments and balance owing in real-time. 
  • Update Billing Details: Easily manage your billing information, including changing your credit card or updating bank details or billing email address. 
  • Automatic Payments: Set up recurring payments via direct debit  
  • Credits and Refunds: View any credits or refunds applied to your account. 

For Clients with Existing Billing Hub Access (through NowInfinity) 

If you’re already using the Billing Hub with your NowInfinity account, you’ll now be able to access both Class and NowInfinity billing information in the same portal. No new setup is required—simply log in with your existing credentials. 

Important Note: While you’ll use a single login for the Billing Hub to switch between your Class and NowInfinity accounts, these remain two separate, unsynchronised accounts. This means that any changes, such as updates to your email address or bank account details, will need to be made separately in both the Class and NowInfinity accounts. 

For Class-Only Subscription Clients 

If you’re subscribed to Class-only, you will receive an email prompting you to set up your Billing Hub account. The email will contain your login details for quick access. 

Important: Act Quickly to Activate Your Account 

Please note that there will be an activation window for setting up your new Billing Hub account. To ensure uninterrupted access to your billing information, we recommend activating your account promptly once you receive your setup instructions.
